Operators and $TACIT

$TACIT is the stake behind every room.

A room may hold records only once its operator stakes 100,000 $TACIT behind it and its quote is published.

Earnings. The operator earns 5% of the query revenue the room handles.
Slashing. If one of the room's own trap rows leaks, half the stake is burned and half goes to the owners.
Leaving. Unstaking takes 7 days, and the stake stays slashable until it is withdrawn.

For holders. 15% of every query buys $TACIT and burns it, at most once an hour and for at most 0.5% of the pool's depth. Holders of 1,000 $TACIT or more get wave 1 for uploads.
